A High End Bathroom Remodeling Project for a High-End Bathroom Remodeling Contractor

We came to the client’s residence to learn of a few problems that needed to be resolved. One of the problems was that it was necessary to convert a bathtub to a shower or in other words, bathroom remodeling conversion. The second problem was that the client wanted to expand the bathroom in size in order to include a vanity/storage compartment into the bathroom. We came up with the idea of taking some of the space from the bedroom closet and extending the closet towards the bedroom to accommodate the loss of space. In other words, we took the footprint of the closet and turned it into extra space for the bathroom, and built a new closet into the bedroom. During the renovation process we created a new design idea. The length of the shower was only five feet because it did not make much sense to make it larger. So, we wound up having a closed wall from the bathroom that just had vacant space. So we offered the client as a part of our remodeling solution idea to open that space and convert it to a storage compartment for the bathroom that would take up the exact size of a folded towel. As part of our tiling process we offered the client corner shelves which were made from the same materials that the towels were with matching colors. This eliminated the need to use shower accessories made out of stainless steel or similar. All of these design aspects separate a regular bathroom remodeling project to a New York High End Bathroom Remodeling  project. Other elements like the  pocket door and the custom made shower doors are what separates a regular remodeling contractor from a high end remodeling contractor like Universal Renovation. We always put our eyes in front of the customer’s problems and solve them by taking them to a completely unique, high-end solution-based idea.
